Those bins will smell 100x worst than the trash bags after nobody cleans them, harbor mold, diseases, pathogens, bacteria ect… and top of that take away precious space which nyc already doesn’t have.

they are just taking up the occasional parking spot. you may be the only man on earth to prefer the trash mountains to a lost parking spot every block or so
