Jane Doe literally texted one of the fraternity brothers saying everything was consensual and that she had a good time. This was days after. Just because she ended up regretting it later doesn’t mean it’s rape. They shouldnt’ve even had to write the essay

the two defenses ive seen for those rapists is that: a) she said it was consensual but backtracked, so shes a liar b) women deserve that with the second being just outright evil, the first is just announcing that the people arguing this have no idea what consent is. and i say no idea what consent is but its almost certainly an outright refusal to acknowledge the meaning of consent. most people have taken some work-required or school-required info session. they know. they dont want to listen.
