Yes and a text is not the same thing as enthusiastic consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. If you continue, you are raping someone. If someone is under the influence or incapacitated, and they still say yes, that is not a yes, you are raping someone. She also then reported them to the police and said transcript and statement was both signed by her and the police and never made it into the DA’s hands.
