You can’t blame leftists for costing you the election while also saying that the things leftists want are unpopular. If they wanted to win Kamala would’ve stopped trying to appeal to annoying centrists and conservatives
All this tells me is single issue leftist voters threw the election over an issue halfway across the world. In turn leading to the suffering of immigrants and Americans under the current regime. Once again moral grandstanding from leftist screwed us all.

My guy there just aren’t that many leftists in our country. You need to win over independent voters to win elections here. That means, unfortunately, appealing to the middle. Trump did that better than Kamala. Which is crazy that Donald Trump could appeal to any middle ground people better than someone else

If they were popular they could field a candidate. If that was what would win the democrats would have run it.

Completely ignoring the fact that billionaires give massive amounts of money to the Democrat Party for the express purpose of preventing an actual left-wing candidate from rising to the top. American politics is run on money and the people with the money are very interested in preventing threats to their wealth

If they were popular enough it wouldn’t matter. Cope as much as you want, inaction cost us.

Their vote matters just as much as yours. Yes they own congress, the presidency and the supreme court but you allow them to do that BECAUSE YOU DONT VOTE.

Idk dawg when the ultra wealthy own this much of American politics I don’t think any establishment party is going to be effective at campaigning against their influence

And what’s your genius plan to fix it? Not voting? That’ll fucking work

A new party. Let dems be the moderates they need to appeal to, have an actual left wing party that actively tries to push progressive legislation rather than just feigning desire for change while maintaining the status quo as our democracy crumbles. Go out and vote in the primaries. Call your legislators. Volunteer for candidates you believe can make a meaningful difference. Write/call into the DNC. Organize a movement. Women’s suffrage, civil rights, etc all started with the common people

I’m not a leftist so I’ll pass but if that is what you want then do it, seriously. Don’t just roll over and do nothing. I’d rather vote with a party that has plans to do something than these stagnant geriatrics but I’m kinda stuck with the geriatrics because I can’t stand MAGA
