Reminder that there is currently a bipartisan resolution in the house that aims to condemn Hasan Piker for antisemitism, along with Candace Owens. This is what our government is spending their time on. And this definitely isn’t an attack on free speech.

tbh I really could see him being a CIA plant a lot of us underestimate the lengths of the CIA’s reach. Hell they’ve had a role in nearly every major media production in the last few decades (even if it’s just reviewing and approving (or altering) scripts)

Side note: I’m damn near certain the story changes in euphoria season 3 is related to cia-imposed script changes. an entire original script for s3 was scrapped and now what was once a …decently inclusive… show has turned into practically transphobic Christian nationalism my little conspiracy theory for the day, but it could be also related to zendaya no longer being an executive producer in addition to another executive producer passing away.

I was going to say it’s far more likely because Larry Ellison and his son just bought HBO (owned by Warner Bros Discovery), but the acquisition hasn’t closed yet, so idk if that’s it

oh the fucking Ellisons, I forgot about them… That does make sense tbh, especially as a way of cozying up to them prior to closing the deal. if I remember correctly, s3 is more restricted than last seasons, with HBO requiring a fully-completed script prior to allowing the show to start shooting, where the previous seasons allowed for shooting to begin while the script was still being written and worked on.
