Trans women face systemic misogyny, not misandry. To say trans women are victims of misandry is to deny their identities and existence in this world as women

1. This makes absolutely zero sense. Transphobia and misogyny are two sides of the same coin and that’s what we’ve been seeing. B) Systemic misandry doesn’t even exist. III: Can you stop with the transphobia oppression Olympics perpetuation? It’s only getting worse and they’re coming for us all either way. It’s a means to divide trans people as separately oppressed groups so we don’t work together.

They’re discrimination comes from being perceived as a man despite being a women. The word gives them cruel male-targeted treatment.

i agree that the hate comes from being perceived as a man even though trans women are women. however, it still comes from misogyny because those that view them as men hate the fact that they “want to be” women. it doesn’t come from the fact that they hate them for being amab. that doesn’t make sense, i can see the line of thinking but it doesn’t make sense when you blame misandry over misogyny. that logic could come into play with terfs but not the conservative movement who doesn’t care ab women
