This isn’t just bc of the president, beef is naturally expensive plus it’s terrible for the environment

ok ya there's other factors, but the recent spike in cost is due to trump. it's horrible for the environment, but crazy to see the day when Impossible ground beef is cheaper than the real thing. used to be the poor persons meat hence the creation of Hamburger Helper and many Great Depression meals including ground beef

yeah, it makes sense tho, plant-based meat is cheaper and quicker to make, it was only going to be a matter of time, beef is gonna be a luxury-only item within like 10-20 years anyways, it’s good for Americans to learn to live without it
