He was preemptively pardoned because it was known they’d try this dumb shit. They have no actual case behind it and won’t be able to convict him because they don’t have evidence of claims other than stating he said something he didn’t.😭

Fauci stated in his opening remarks that he chose to plead the Fifth Amendment because he believed Republican senators were attempting to entrap him into statements that could lead to perjury or criminal prosecution. He alleged the hearing was held in bad faith. 🤯
