Honestly I like a lot of trumps proclaimed policy's but my situational awareness has gotten better. Trump isn't really who he says to be not supports the people he claims to support (americans) I still am conservative yes but my views change and honestly i dislike the current president as of now. yk what I’m sorry, I wasn’t expecting this and I should’ve been more curious rather than aggressive initially, because I agree entirely, and us being able to look inwards at our views and change them when needed is fundamentally the most important thing here! when I mentioned ableism: I was referring to how many people think his willing display of the sieg heil/hitler salute was somehow a result of being autistic, rather than a result of being a self-avowed fascist. if you do say the r word, in all honesty that is ableist no matter what, there’s always an alternative word to use that doesn’t hurt someone yk? but I wasn’t talking about the use of a certain word per se, more so assumed you’d dismiss it using the common dismissal

I like surrounding myself with vastly different people than myself. And i don't mean that in a point of moral valor but i find normal conversation without kinda boring. I personally have made the choice to not use condescending words at all in my life. I've used them in the past sure there is posts where i've said it. Trying to take that out of my life. I don't think it inherently makes someone anything though. I think it's just unnecessary and makes you sound less intelligent. I think it’s important to consider that this isn’t the only evidence of his fascist tendencies yk? This is just one of the most open examples of it, but he’s also poured funding into openly fascist organizations, advocates for white-centric immigration, openly discusses his disdain for the lgbtqia+ community, and so much more Personally, its stuff like that why i call him a fascist, the sieg heil is just the cherry on top imo, including being a child of apartheid (on the oppressors side lmao)

oh absolutely, for example the Nazis of the third Reich are all fascists but not all fascists are specifically Nazis yk? there’s also a lot of, ironically, diversity in fascist ideology nowadays; between neonaziism, religious nationalism, white’s supremacy, etc etc; there’s subgroups yk? i think it's important to actually explain this to people. it's easy to label someone a nazi. I think it lacks critical thinking. If you want people to change attacking them by calling them a nazi will only make the situation worse. Sure elon obviously isn't on yikyak. but there are kids who yk like support him or wtv and they will feel attacked by proxy. when you do this it only cements beliefs

Hey, honestly that’s a valid point regarding using accurate language, and honestly (I’m guilty of this too) there’s a tendency to forget how prominent manipulation is in our society too for example, I used to look up to musk when I first got out of high school, I thought he was gonna bring us to mars and help the world or some shit, but that’s also overwhelmingly what media would portray!
