The original report appears to have been taken down from where it was originally archived. This was a 2007 examination of juries in the UK, and I cannot find it on any reputable sites. There is a 2007 summary posted somewhere else with the same title. The only place I could find the long version was this “study help” website Studocu

The report appears to be real, along with the graph. I cannot be sure though because it was not archived for long-term access, and for some reason there is another website with a short summary of this report.

You may or may not be able to access the report through the link I sent. It first allowed me to read it and then started asking me to sign up for Premium to access it. I don’t know much about Studocu. For all I know, they could be falsifying reports or getting info from predatory journals.
