I’m going to be a little hopecore rn, if that’s gonna piss you off, please scroll. This is a documented pattern in American history. The powers that be, whoever they are for a given topic, are not going to so easily relinquish control. This does not mean that everything is ruined and all progress is reversed! The fact that you’re noticing the pattern and not letting it affect you IS progress!
And according to the current Sec of Transportation, bike lanes, pedestrian areas, and traffic cameras are DEI. They are pulling highway (all roads) safety reports that focus on risks to pedestrians and cyclists from federal websites. If you want to see where this regression really started, it goes back to Reagan. Everybody who thinks Project 2025 is a joke should read it. The Heritage Foundation had a similar plan just waiting for Reagan & his government to put its ideas into law.
it’s also wrong to be dehydrated, but there isn’t an entire culture glorifying excessively drinking water to the point of water poisoning, and no one gets disorders about drinking water. calling 2000s skinny/ED culture “bad” isnt a denial of the actual healthiness of being skinny/overweight. what people believe to be healthy is still extremely skewed with weight, though…
Nothing wrong with being skinny obviously, and i actually like that america is pushing “healthier” alternatives but theres a difference between that and then encouraging and selling eating disorders to growing teens as far as having illegal websites to buy glp 1s, encouraging pinning, and for the girls that know, everything else the “skinny” trend comes with
Take your strawman ass out of here. being obese is OBJECTIVELY a bad thing. Heaven forbid people have the motivation to maintain and take care of their bodies to stay skinny. Thats the most coping ass statement ive ever heard. No one souses themself in water, idiot. If you can confidently say that being dehydrated is wrong, (like you did above), you can DAMN SURE find some justification in not wanting to be a disgusting fat body.
