It’s more that OP’s premise is absurd. Even if we ignore the fact that the most successful musicians in pretty much every genre in history were male, it’s an unquantifiable assumption. Some women make better music than some men, sure. But making a blanket statement ‘women make better music than men’ is stupid.

we don't even have to ignore the fact, we can address it still being shitty evidence. Sexism has kept women from being successful for so long that whether they were worse, equal, or better than men at music they'd be less successful no matter what... and sure, you can argue whether that's true NOW, but it was undeniably true for most of history. The fact people are arguing against this by uplifting male artists instead of realizing that we can't say if this is true because it is subjective
