My grandfather insists he is fine but is acting very confused and disoriented and I feel like I should call an ambulance but I don’t know and I know he’d get really upset at me for it

better safe than sorry, you’re def not overreacting. probably too late for this but if the ambulance is too pricey then you can also just take an uber
