What do y’all think of my model for replacing capitalism (a constitutional amendment that would require all companies to be owned by their employees or owned by their customers or both)?

I’m posting this here cause our community has no refuge under capitalism. We will always be sold out for the dollar or the lure of the dollar.

Wouldnt work as the only way to change anything is to topple to foundation. Constitution is apart of that foundation
