oh, and any label that states direction also implies intensity. so Silver is allosexual (has a typical experience of sexual attraction). so someone who’s just a lesbian would be an allosexual alloromantic homoromantic homosexual. all of that is packaged into the label “lesbian,” and those labels are assumed unless otherwise stated. that’s why people attach multiple labels together just to describe their sexuality. attraction with nuanced intensity & direction don’t have their own terms 😭

oh and in Silver’s case, “straight” with nothing else implies he’s allosexual. my friend Allison, though, is a lithoromantic biromantic aegosexual straight woman. be thankful if you can describe your sexuality in one word because people know what you mean when you just say “lesbian” 😭
