Bruh same my state had a man jailed for being gay in 2003. The federal government had to force Georgia to unban homosexuality

Mid take. As a queer in rural Kentucky, two things can matter at the same time. That fact that we’re being persecuted doesn’t negate the struggles of community in-fighting and identity policing.

My point is that infighting and identity policing is stupid, we have so much larger priorities that we should be focused on instead of what is or isn’t valid Instead of fighting each other we should all be fighting those who want us to go back underground

“Are he/him lesbians valid” Stacy people are getting kicked out of their homes, fired from their jobs, and killed for being gay. Why do you care about other queers happily using neo pronouns and progressive gender identities when our people are literally dying

No because the identity infighting is so stupid. It just isolates people from the community instead of focusing on real problems. I have personally seen people I know be physically attacked for being gay.

Discussion is good, infighting is bad. Now is time for solidarity and strength
