A fetus doesn’t have thoughts, feelings, or emotions. Even in the Bible, the punishment for murder (death) is different than the punishment for abortion (a monetary fine) (Exodus 21)

And here I did make a mistake. It wasn’t even abortion in this case, it wasn’t the woman’s choice. Still, the punishment was less than if it had been murder.

I’m not going to base my medical decisions on something that MIGHT be real, especially when I don’t believe my actions would cause me to go there if it is. You haven’t given a single reason to defend your line of thinking and I’ve never heard one that should place the importance of fetal existence above mother’s life and autonomy.
