(Question time pt. 2 😅) Hey! I’m also 5’7 but I’m around 135-145 as a girl. I have basically zero muscle mass and am very unfit right now. How do I approach lifting/ the gym? I know there’s different methods but I’m lost 🫠
Heyyyyyy question time!!! So I'm 5'7 180-185 ish and I'm really trying to lose weight. Before college started(or second puberty) I was 5'6 and 145.....I've been trying to lift and workout but I'm not sure the best route to lose weight. Lmk!!

Try going to the gym just 2-3 times a week to start out. Jeff Nippard has a lot of beginner friendly workout pdfs you can download for free on reddit. Please don’t follow any crazy diets, eat your carbs,fats, and proteins. You aren’t behind in comparison to others, fitness and taking care of your health is a lifelong journey many choose not to take. Take small steps, eventually those will snowball and take you farther than you ever thought possible. You got this.
