These "I don't wanna get bulky" posts PMO so muchhhh NO ONE gets buff by accident
So I’m a girl just now getting into the workout world and I was wondering is it possible to get stronger without getting the buff muscle look? Maybe have a few defining lines but not too much yk. And how would I achieve that?

Bro people are allowed to have different goals. I can definitely see women not wanting to look like they have a ton of muscle because they may not think that’s attractive. (Even though they are wrong. lol )

I'm exaggerating, it's more funny than annoying :) it's the equivalent of a college student saying "I don't wanna become a mathematician, I just wanna pass statistics"

it’s not about having different goals. it’s about the misconception that lifting will turn women into ronnie coleman in a month’s time
