Also cut and bulk is very similar price cuz it’s the protein that’s the expensive part and that’s high either way

It depends on your mental fortitude for cutting. It can get real expensive if you opt in for low calorie alternatives to foods (me) but not eating is free

Depends on ur hunger signaling hormones. My one buddy has a really easy time cutting cuz he’s nauseatingly full by like 1800 calories

I didn’t mean like starve yourself i meant not eating pasta is less calories then buying low calorie pasta
