Every time I have a meal under 2000 calories my mom asks "is that enough food for you?"

The only food I’ll never say no to is mom’s homemade cooking, don’t matter if it’s anabolic or not. I’m eating that until the day she dies

Then make your own food or just eat less? You need to work with what you have

I made a comment above saying I do buy my own food, but even though I do my family will still eat it.

They went to their parent’s house for Father’s Day. That kind of thing literally only happens once a year and if you over eat for one weekend that’s literally nothing in the grand scheme of things. There will come a time when our parents pass away and we won’t be able to spend holidays with them, so who gives a rats ass if you overeat on Father’s Day or Christmas or whatever. Eat a little less the next couple days if it means that much pretty simple

I actually don’t have a great relationship with either of my parents so yes I didn’t celebrate with them and they didn’t care that I was at work all day

I live with my parents I didn’t visit them, and I was scheduled at work for the whole day I asked them if they wanted me to not work and they said I should go to work cause what they are having for dinner “won’t be good for my diet anyway”

That’s literally true though. Muscles need calories. Abs are cosmetic and vanity.

I’m not even doing a calorie deficit for abs, I could care less if I have them lmao. I’m just trying to get rid of the extra fat I don’t want (trying to get leaner)
