I'm not doubting that you're working hard, but do you not think this would be discouraging for someone else who has only been in the gym 8 weeks and thinks their progress is behind yours?

I read the other comment sections and you said you lifted on and off last year and used to run before that, so I just see it as a harmful misrepresentation of what 8 weeks in the gym means

I’ve been transparent about my background and never said my results would be the same for everyone. I’m sharing my progress, not setting a standard. If my posts aren’t helpful for you, it’s okay to scroll past but continuing to frame my work as harmful after I’ve explained myself feels unnecessary

Monday I do posterior legs -Tuesday push Wednesday glutes and quads Thursday pull Friday cardio/full body Saturday Pilates I also do a form of cardio everyday for 30-45 mins

Also I eat about 90-100g protein low carb low fat high fiber and 2L water no sodas

So it’s not a good thing to ask for advice? Not everything works the same for others, sure! But she should be proud of the dedication that she has done and help others in the process.
