damnnn i wish i had that kinda time. remember to rest tho so you don’t burnout or hinder your progress. when i started out i ended up getting bursitis for a couple months cuz i went too hard too frequently

it’s not just about that. you can absolutely wear out your joints and tendons is what i’m saying. especially your knees. as long as you’re properly spacing out the muscle groups you’re working on you should be okay tho
