Please if anyone can help me reach out, I’m such a fucking chud it’s starting to piss me off
I’m deadass stuck at my weight. I eat 1300-1500 calories a day and it’s healthy food, and I also try to get 200+ grams of protein in per day. Idk what I’m doing wrong

Honestly I hate to say it but reduce the protein intake and up the carbs if you are actually only eating that many calories and that much protein it’s only leaving you 500-700 calories for carbs and fats that’s going to fuck with your hormones from the lack of fats and fuck with energy from the lack of carbs. Also make sure to track very closely and make sure you are accurate with those macros that seems very low to not be noticing any difference. From there drink 0 sugar sodas and energy drinks

I also think that since you are just in a natural calorie deficit your body has adapted to this and that’s why you aren’t seeing progress. In my opinion I’d start eating around 200-300 more calories per day just to have your metabolism have to start working again. Then after a couple weeks start to cut back again if you really only stick around that many ( which idk your stats or whatever ) but you should probably be eating 1700-2000 a day while being active.

This can help suppress appetite and caffeine can burn some amount of calories. Stick with heavy resistance training and daily cardio. Take creatine if you aren’t already and drink a shit ton of water, like whatever you think is a good amount double it and make it cold water your body will burn some calories getting it to a more appropriate temperature

Under fueling can cause your body to start using stored energy from your muscles as well as fat
