like when definitions change over time i think you gotta work with the fact that either new definitions exist or that some people haven’t gotten hip yet to the new definition

especially as supposed “academics” you should be able to understand why and how the words came to be especially in a time where we’re less than 100 years removed from the civil rights era. please
