For the record: this happens because plan b pauses the release of an egg but it is important to note that ovulation can be hard to track and it is advised to take one after unprotected sex even if you think you’re ovulating or not.

To be a lil more clear, once the egg releases plan b doesn’t work, so yes once your ovulating it doesn’t work, but if you are in your fertile period, kinda like what apps show, it can still work as long as the egg hasn’t already dropped
