Some people do not understand, having a bias against ANY race is racism- including white people. Stop saying it’s not racist when it literally is

Racism can exist outside of being part of a solid legal/social system, but it doesn’t even come close to having the same effects as systemic racism/oppression

That’s why there’s this thing called systemic racism, which is different than racism. Racism on its own is prejudice against someone based on race, which means power is not required to be racist. Systemic racism is what you are referring to.
