I wrote 15 pages and my hand is broken

my problem with being inconsistent with journaling/keeping a diary isn’t that I don’t want to do it, it’s that I will have too much to write and will be unable to stop until my hand cramps and is unusable for a significant period of time afterwards

when I was in high school I had severe pain in my right elbow and we eventually figured out that it was from gripping my pencil too tight while writing my essays for ap lang 😔
