 my problem with being inconsistent with journaling/keeping a diary isn’t that I don’t want to do it, it’s that I will have too much to write and will be unable to stop until my hand cramps and is unusable for a significant period of time afterwards

i have a single google doc that i keep my journal in it’s not cute or aesthetic but it is about 200 pages long at this point

I have considered that but my silly brain simply needs the thoughts out on paper, at the same time writing is what works for my brain
