My dad asked me today why rape victims come forward so long after supposed crimes if they want to be taken seriously. I didn’t come forward to him until five years after I was raped. I am disappointed in a way I never knew I could be.

Hey! OP here: the best thing I can recommend right now is that you report their comments. I’ve reported them and put it in the report that that user seems to be in distress and needs help and resources.
