trying to take good care of your body has become so controversial. and i’m not trying to sound like rfk that man is evil but yall. it is not an eating disorder to eat fruits and vegetables and not candy and fried chicken.

for sure, especially with diet trends and weight loss drugs yada yada. im personally just trying to be better and not overly restrictive and over exercising 🧍‍♂️
