Update, I messaged my care people through the patient portal and just asked for a referral and they gave it to me today and they were surprisingly able to get me in by July!

I just called the dermatology/plastic surgery office in my town about getting an appointment to see why I keep getting such huge deep pimples on my face and back (and they hurt) and they told me that I have to have a referral from my primary care

It’s because those appointments are soo fast. They take pictures of your acne, give you some prescriptions, and send you on your way
