Fics that explore the negative impact of crimes are fine though, right? I’m worried I’m a bad person for enjoying fics that try to explain the thought process behind crimes. It’s a grime reminder that unfortunately these disgusting acts are carried out not by unrelated monsters but by human beings. Idk I’ve always hated when people try to distance themselves from criminals, as if they themselves couldn’t also do something horrible.

If I know someone who does it I’m going to smack them in the head with a mallet and watch them very carefully. It’s not a crime tho and I don’t think it should be, because I don’t trust whoever would enforce it. You’ve seen fandom bro. You know they get dog piled for the slightest thing. I’m going to be SO real with you, there was a lot of stuff I read as a kid people kept saying was pedophilia because it was sexual and involving characters that were minors, but the people creating and consuming the content were mostly minors themselves 💀
