Why is women always demanding treatment and not asking for it.
idc if it makes me anti feminist or whatever but i believe men should be nicer and gentler to me solely because I am a woman. no I am not open to constructive criticisms

because a lot of the time if a woman doesn’t demand respect she won’t ever get it unfortunately

Why are you demanding respect and in what scenario, unless your in like a position of authority and not just a random stranger to the millions of people i don’t understand the concept of needing it. Like why do you care that much what other people say, I think that enough men don’t care what other people say to them and that bothers women because they can’t come to understand not needing some form of validation.

because of many things like systemic oppression and general lack of respect to anyone. respect is earned yes, but even in positions of authority (teachers, bosses, managers etc) women tend to need to fight harder for less respect

asking rarely works, they get ignored and pushed down

I can see the workforce idea needing respect being something that makes sense, but for the % of women demanding it i would need a literal example of when a man blantantly disrespected them crazily

I wouldn’t ask for respect from someone but I also don’t need people to respect me in order to get things achieved, you can get cut real quick no games finna be played, women can play cutthroat just as good as men can you just need a reason to give people to not mess with you wrong. That goes for all people, sure men might get respected more but if you look presented the right way people will know who you are.

it depends on the person for sure, but as a woman and employee, i get the dumbed down version of nearly every instruction from one of my bosses where my male coworkers (same amount of time with the company or less, i am equally or more competent) get the regular version

i don’t ask for their respect, but it’s a given that you should treat your employees with some respect for doing work for you, even that’s hard to come by at times

Then maybe just tell them that? If you notice differences then speak up about it
