a lot of people don’t seem to understand how to genuinely lose weight. it’s a lifestyle change. you count your calories and CONSISTENTLY eat healthier and on a small calorie deficit. gym helps since then you’re burning calories + build muscle

I’m nearly 42. Weighed about 300 lbs a year ago. I’m 249 lbs now. Lost 20 lbs this year alone and still working. Running, diet, hiking and generally active. Mindful of my intake of drink and food. Not complicated. Just need discipline. Stay hard.
