I just wanted to ask, have you tried using a mouth guard or something like that? I have issues with my jaw dislocating and I’m looking into different options. I’ve never heard of someone using a pacifier though and just wanted to ask you about it 💛

No I told her the truth 🥲 Unfortunately should wouldn’t believe that tbh. It’s just not who I am.

No it won’t. Please do some more research. Basically all studies that were done on pacifier moving teeth were on children with developing milk teeth. Adult teeth are not that easy to move. And the only way you could really actually fuck them up is if you use the wrong size and shape of pacifier for your mouth (so it presses on your teeth) and use it 24/7.

Yeah I tried a mouth guard but it just didn’t work for me. My particular problem is with my jaw clenching so having a thin barrier over my teeth basically does nothing. I have an adult paci that’s a little more on the inflated side- so when my mouth rests it keeps my jaw parted naturally- and it gives me something suck on instead of my own tongue or gums.
