Update: I did the pelvic check AND the pap and it wasn’t that bad! Definitely uncomfortable and a little painful but tolerable. Thanks for all the comments!
I have my first gyno appointment in an hour. No Pap smear because I’m not sexually active but a pelvic check and breast exam. I’m superrr nervous. Any advice or motivation would be great!!
