
I see both sides of this tbh. You are more likely to be SAed than falsely accused BUT having to deal with a false accusation is a horrible experience. Though I’d argue having trauma from actually having that experience is different than constantly telling people you worry you COULD have it. The former is an understandable mental health issue. The latter speaks to a larger disconnect between ppl who think they’re “safe” from assault and the people who’ve been assaulted at best.
