men (on here) will say stuff like this and then complain about getting one match per quarter. put effort into *your* profile and appearance too lmao
Why do many of yโ€™all act rich and posh on your dating profile photos? I know I cannot be the the only one who is not attracted to women who seem like all they care about is money fashion and materialistic things

No seriously, some guys on apps are either just always shirtless or put on loungewear and think "oh yeah thats gonna get me some likes for sure. Definitely exudes the vibes of a serious person" ๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™„

I dress up for weddings and funerals. I have one photo of me wearing a tuxedo.

When we say dress up it's not just formal wear, it's just looking clean yk? Basketball shorts and a Tshirt you wore for 3 days now makes you appear unserious, bummy, even unattractive. First impressions on dating apps are everything

I just think a lot of people overdo it. A T-shirt or maybe a polo is like my daily and Iโ€™m not crazy about being super special on your first date. Making an impression is good, but most people forget that normal people donโ€™t dress up 90% of the time

Totally agree on your point about not looking like a bum though

Yea but again I said looking clean. You can dress casual while also looking put together its very possible. And its just for a profile, I don't think anyone is just going to expect you to be dressed up all the time
