nominal width is for how wide a condom is in diameter, it can hold up to 2.5” in width inside of it, so unless you are over 2.52” wide then a 64mm nominal width condom will fit a guy inside it.. like i don’t get why that’s hard to understand, that’s why i blocked him because he’s spouting bs to women and i don’t stand for that shit
