Update: room was very much misread. Had already told myself no more work relationships. But she came in with her boyfriend yesterday 😂 . Ive learned a lot about myself the last few days though. Decided future wifey will need to be a teacher.
Any ideas why I only attract girls I work with? The last 2 girls i dated were coworkers, one a seasonal job, the other was before I switched stores due to management issues (managers accepting fake ids for alcohol sales) and now theres a new girl here-

The first coworker i dated was a mascot where I worked as an iceref, this was over winter break but she was also a teacher. I was days away from dropping out when we finally got to talk face to face, she basically said she wouldn’t date me if I dropped out of college but that she had seen me helping kids learn to skate and thought i would be an amazing teacher. I switched into the education program and graduated last month and am starting my first year next month. I realized though that the

Reasons i haven’t been emotionally attached to anyone since her is because i genuinely loved who she was as a person. Ive dated a few people since who I couldn’t commit to because I just didn’t feel that connection i felt with teacher ex, and i think the same things that made me like her had to do with us both loving educating and working with kids

Maybe that’s something you should look for in a relationship! I don’t date anyone who doesn’t want kids or isn’t good around children. Like that’s a deal breaker for me. Maybe you should establish that- when you are ready to date that is.
