It’s probably less of “only attracting girls I work with” and more like, you are around them often and it’s more accessible when you are around someone all the time than it is for someone to approach you in person

And we were joking back and forth and it was kinda the same level of flirty that led to the previous relationships. Also the previous 2 were 5 years older than me and i think she’s also 5 years older than I am.
