I don’t approach women but it’s only sexual harassment if you go up to them and start talking about how you wanna be suffocated between her mommy milkers or some shit 😭 I only do it because they are clear they want to be left alone and I respect that

Whether something is right or wrong seems to depend entirely on whether she wants it at that time and from that person, and there’s no way of knowing that beforehand.

If they’re doing something or obviously don’t want to be approached then yes. But just approaching a woman respectfully is perfectly fine
