man here, do you understand why women say this? i feel like if you did it wouldn’t really be a double standard. though I do think the phrase alienates young men and leaves them to turn to bad influences.

Give them time, the bear will eventually annoy them and they’ll be back, “ why is there sticky honey all over the kitchen and all you do is sleep the winter away! I want to go out and I’m constantly making excuses for you!”
