Some people just enjoy other forms of Intimacy More then others. That’s what compatibility is, find someone who doesn’t wanna have sex as often and cuddle more, and others will do the opposite based on their preferences.

I’d say it might be too much to ask for. At one point, either the girl or guy will gain feelings for the other, and possibly won’t say. So it can make things awkward. Even though some people do like doing this, it’s mainly seen as a “only relationship” thing. But you could definitely find someone at least.

Some of us are traumatized from past relationships. I thought this wouldn’t be possible either but my boyfriend isn’t abusive so huzzah I’m learning what a healthy relationship is like again

I’ve done this with friends and it ended up fine. If someone catches feelings then you can talk about it instead of avoiding it

If someone catches feelings through cuddling there’s a strong change there were some feelings already there. If people can have one night stands then move on without feelings involved then the same can be said for cuddling.

But if you want a friend to cuddle with constantly, that’s more than a one night stand. A one night stand is for one night. The cuddling that was mentioned is not just one night, it can be for weeks, months, and even more. Overtime, it wouldn’t be surprising if the girl or the guy gained feelings out of nowhere.
