There is a lot on my mind and I feel like I’m going crazy. My ex recently told me that she liked someone else who she hung out with for only 5 days. And she left me with anxiety and and pain I live her but it hurts be friends with her

I’ve been in a similar situation. It hurts more to keep someone like that as a friend. In my experience it never works out. And the fact that she felt it was necessary to tell you that, it seems disrespectful a bit. Even if your close friends, there has to be boundaries.

I tried telling her the things I didn’t like that she was doing and she got defensive and was like “he’s in my life bro get over it”

That alone says everything you need to know. She doesn’t respect you at all. Trust me it hurts bad to drop someone you really love. But it’s worth it to have a clear mind and heart, and there really always is someone way better out there. Someone who won’t leave you and will stay by your side.

I thought so too. But time heals, and honestly when you’re secure enough with yourself, and strong enough, that’s the best time to meet someone else. Because sadly you will be hurt. It will happen. But don’t let those experiences break you, let them make you stronger. You got this my friend, don’t let them break you down. You don’t need her to be happy.
