Just look around you, everything is poetry waiting to be written, life is a big poem, just needs to have the words found- or not. That’s the beauty of it

I like to do things that remind me of when I was a kid, or just being in nature.

I’ve written a lot of poetry and most of it stems from needing to express my emotions somehow. Frustration, freedom, etc. A lot of times I just want to, and I think of it a lot more like doodling, or like dancing. It’s like sweeping strokes of a brush, not always a deliberate choice, but a desire to just express. Sometimes it’s just a memory that I want to capture.
