No it’s not, because she’s not smart just because she’s Asian. And even if you have a smart Asian character, that’s not a problem at all if there is other Asian representation

You’re being so cautious and respectful even coming here to ask. I agree with what everyone else is saying. Also, people, especially Americans, will see whatever bias they want to see and try to label you as someone who is biased. And are quick to label. It’s just a thing with our culture and it’s not a thing other places. Don’t stop writing or speaking anything that you know comes from a sincere, unbiased place. People will see whatever they want. I think you’re good, though. :)

This is gonna sound crazy but you can have other people like make assumptions based on bias. And she’s like “what cause I’m Asian, no dipshit if you’d been around for 500 years and still didn’t know anything then what the hell were you doing?”
