Not at all. I think the average book is like 70k words (could be wrong, I heard the number years ago). So you’ve got a great length book

It depends on what you’re writing! Are you looking to write a novella or a novel? A novella is usually more than 18k words but less than 40k, so your word count is more in the novel territory :)
