Hey! I am currently working on my debut novel, that is a Romeo and Juliette retelling that focuses on a girl who was born into a prophecy set by her ancestors to bring light to the dark truths of the Kingdom’s past. I’m very excited about it!!! Are you currently writing anything?

Good topic OP! I’m currently working on this surrealist horror story. Horrible plagues hit humanity, such as giant man eating worms emerging from the ground or speaking makes the body empty all the blood out the mouth. The twist of the story is that only the main character finds any of this horrifying. Every other person on the planet finds these plagues normal. People will treat the worms as pets, even though it is biting off their leg. While telling the MC he is weird for being horrified by it

Late response, but yes! Lovely plot you have, by the way. Sounds like a complex journey ahead for your character! I’m currently doing some fun reworking and extension of some Pixar IP. Developing a more mature story that hopefully captures the cinematic beauty of Pixar films.
